Think Bulgaria, and well, there is actually little that comes
to an average Indian's mind. Geography enthusiasts will inform

Well, it was no surprise that when the chance to sample its
cuisine came, curiousity was the overriding factor. Bulgarian
cuisine is cousin to its more famous neighbours, the Greek
and Turkish cuisines. And presenting the cuisine are a duo
