Fire extinguishers from Fyregard

Fyregard Enterprises have introduced range of fire extinguishers and related products:

DCP fire extinguisher

Manufactured as per IS:2171 -1985, the Fyregard DCP fire extinguisher - activates within seconds. It easy to use and does not stop at the activation process. The manufacturing process of Fyregard cylinders ensures they are 100 per cent safe, at all times. It is available in five and 10 kgs capacity.

ABC stored pressure fire extinguisher

Manufactured as per IS:13849 - 1993, the Fyregard ABC stored pressure fire extinguisher is simple to use and is totally maintenance free. It is available in five and 10 kgs capacity.

Mechanical foam fire extinguisher

Manufactured as per IS:10204 - 1982, the Fyregard mechanical foam fire extinguisher works on class-B fire. It is simple to use and is available in 9-litre capacity.

Water CO2 fire extinguisher

Manufactured as per IS:940 - 1989, the Fyregard water CO2 fire extinguisher works on class-A of fire and is available in 9-litre capacity.

CO2 fire extinguisher

Manufactured as per IS:2878 - 1986, the Fyregard CO2 fire extinguisher works on class B and class C types of fire

Fire hose reel

Hose reels are manufactured as per IS:884 and are made from MS18 SWG sheet and non corrosive working parts. It is of swinging design to accommodate ¾"/1" hose up to 30 metres.

Fire hose box

Single hose box can accommodate one length of 15 meters or two lengths of 7.5 metres hose. Double hose box accommodate to lengths of 15 meters hose.

Landing valve

Manufactured as per IS:5290 type-A, it is made of gun metal LTD-II material. It is excellent against corrosion caused by the atmosphere and gases. It has a long lasting finish made from investment casting, and has no maintenance cost. It also has life long durability, and the valve is also hydraulically tested to 21Kgf/cm2, quick.

Nozzle branch pipe

Manufactured as per IS 903, made from gunmetal LTD -II material, highly corrosion resistant, no maintenance cost, life long durability.

Thomas Barton introduced in India

Diageo-owned Barton & Guestier (B&G) has introduced Thomas Barton Reserve wines in India. The wines are made from select 50 vineyards in the Bordeaux region. As part of the Thomas Barton Reserve range, Diageo has introduced four out of the six appellations namely Bordeaux, Saint - Emilion, Margaux and Sauternes.

The products will range within the price points of Rs 1,600 and Rs 4,500 and will be placed in fine-dining restaurants and five-star hotels, lounges and bars. Presently, approximately 1,000 cases will be imported into the country, but with a high expectation of sales, it hopes to sell approximately 4,000 cases within this year.

CF5000 chocolate fountain

The 14500mm x 790mm chocolate fountain holds up to 35 kg of chocolate and is capable of serving up to 1500 guests.

CF2000 combination chocolate fountain

This fountain can cater for between 200 and 600 guests. It holds up to 15kg of chocolate for dramatic flowing effects and lasting food service without frequent refills. It also operates with minimum of 6kg of chocolate on a medium set up reducing potential wastes. The average height is 935 mm without extension, 1250mm with extension and the width is 525 mm.

The Sweden based flooring company Pergo has developed SoftTech. It is a hardwearing floor that offers durability, softness and quietness. Pergo's SoftTech complements the sound reduction of the existing Pergo SoundBloc technology. When SoundBloc is combined with SoftTech technology, it resulted in a quiet laminate floor. With the introduction of SoftTech, Pergo has created a hardwearing surface that ensures a long lifespan, but they also feel softer to walk on.

Highlighter Series from H&R Johnson

The Highlighter series is a designer series from H & R Johnson. Highlighter series aims to break the monotony and enables to create a unique style statement. The designs are inspired by nature and its myriad shades.

Available in two sizes 320 x 320 and 320 x 620 respectively, the products are meant to co-ordinate with the matching floor tiles. The colours used are very vibrant and radiant which includes the likes of blues, reds, pastels, pinks, oranges and more. The tiles are priced at Rs 195 per sq. ft.
