Royal Orchid acquires Goa hotel, picks up 50% stake

Royal Orchid Hotels has announced that it has acquired 50 per cent stake in the Goa-based company, Galaxy Beach Resort and will now own the property along with Vascon Engineers. Galaxy Beach Resort is a 65-room boutique beach hotel in South Goa, about 30 minutes from the nearest airport and railway station. Royal Orchid Hotels has signed a management contract for operating the property.

The resort will see extensive upgradation by Royal Orchid Hotels in the coming months which should be complete by October this year.
