| The Indian Hotel Company (IHCL) has announced changes
in its management team effective April 1, 2008. Abhijit Mukerji has
been appointed executive director (Operations). In his new role, he will
oversee hotel operations including Taj Luxury Hotels - India and international.
With an experience spanning 25 years of holding many key management roles
with the Taj Group, Mukerji holds a degree from the Ecole Superieure des
Sciences Economiques et Commerciales. He has attended the Harvard Business
School - General Management Program (GMP) and is a Certified Hotel Administrator
(CHA) from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association

| Anil P Goel has been appointed executive director
(Finance). Previously functioning as CFO, he has been with the Tata Group
since 1982. A CA and graduate from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi,
Goel is on the board of various Taj Group companies and co-ordinates the
hotel group's finance functions |
| Yannick Poupon takes on the role of COO (luxury
hotels division), India, taking the place of Mukerji. Having been with the
company for seven years in numerous capacities, Poupon in his new position
will oversee the Taj Group's luxury units, including the Palaces in India.
An experienced international hotelier with over 30 years of hotel experience,
Yannick holds a degree from the Hotel Management School, Strasbourg, France

| Sanker Parameswaran has been appointed VP
(legal & company secretary). With over 26 years of experience in the
field of legal and secretarial, Parameswaran is an ACS from the Institute
of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Masters in Law (commercial law).
With varied work experience, Sankar's last association was with Amway India
Enterprise as director - legal & corporate affairs |

Sridhar has been appointed as manager (corporate communications) for
Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. She is a post graduate in PR and advertising.
Her last assignment was as manager (marketing communications) with Yo! China,
a Chinese food chain in the country

| Geoff Gray, a senior at the Cornell University
School of Hotel Administration, is completing his term as the first-ever
student general manager of the university's Statler Hotel. One of 40 students
in the school's Statler Leadership Development Programme, Gray was named
to the position last fall. He has worked in the hotel since enrolling at
Cornell in the fall of 2004. He has gained experience in nearly every department,
serving most recently as the student director of operations. Gray is also
the managing director of the 83rd Hotel Ezra Cornell, the school's weekend-long
student planned and executed hospitality conference held each April |
| Richard Lawrence Dusome has been appointed
general manager of the Marina Mandarin Singapore. A in Hotel & Restaurant
Management from Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology in Ontario,
Canada, Dusome started his hotel career in F&B with the Four Seasons
Hotel in Toronto. He went on to work with other internationally-renowned
hotels chains |
| The Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has appointed
Michael Arcena as its new head sommelier, with responsibility for
the resort's extensive wine collection across seven restaurants and three
bars. He has over nine years of wine management experience, largely gained
during his time with Celebrity Cruises, where he was responsible for a team
of 18 sommeliers. Arcena also worked closely with Consultant Michelin Starred
Chef Michel Roux to gain the accolade of 'Number One Speciality Restaurant
of the High Seas' for the SS Olympic. He will also continue to coordinate
the resort's busy gourmet calendar, which incorporates visits from a selection
of the world's leading wine-makers and chefs |
| Starwood Hotels & Resorts has promoted Denise
Coll to president of its North America division. In her new role, Coll,
who most recently served as senior VP (operations) for the division, will
oversee operations, development, sales and marketing for more than 450 hotels
in the US, Canada, US Virgin Islands, Bahamas, French Polynesia and British
West Indies. She began her career in hospitality 30 years ago |
| InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed Andreas
Pfister as general manager of InterContinental Beijing Beichen, scheduled
to open in the second quarter of 2008.
Pfister brings with him over 19 years' international
experience in hotel management and operations, he is a seasoned and dynamic
hotelier specializing in directing pre-opening developments and daily
hotel operating activities in the luxury hotel industry. He gained his
experience having held similar senior roles in ten hotels throughout Europe
and China, recently having opened The Regent Beijing

| Jason Low has been named the new general manager
of Fraser Suites Nanjing.With a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in business
& management, majoring in marketing, Low first ventured into the hotel
sector before moving to the serviced residences. His career has brought
him to various parts of China including Beijing and Shanghai, and Australia
over the last 18 years

| Riaz Mahmood has been appointed general manager
of Raffles Beijing Hotel. Mahmood was most recently Raffles Hotels &
Resorts' area general manager for Indo-China and he has been a general manager
with the company for eight years and was appointed general manager of Raffles
Grand Hotel d'Angkor in 2003 before assuming the role of area general manager
for Indo-China in 2006
