Director for Anjuman-I-Islam's Hotel & Tourism Management & Research institutes

After the success of the existing hospitality and tourism management institute Anjuman-I-Islam plans to open three new institutes based on the same model of the existing A K Hafizka College of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies & Research in Mumbai. These will be located at Pune, Panvel and Panchgani in Maharashtra. Speaking at the valedictory eve for the year 2008, Sami Khatib, president of Anjuman-I-Islam also informed that the present principal B P Sahni has been promoted to the designation of director for Anjuman-I-Islam's Hotel & Tourism Management & Research institutes. He will be handling and managing all four institutes, while a new principal will be deputed for the present institute. Sahni said, "We hope to achieve international standards for our institutes. They are in the early phase of development and are expected to be operational by year 2010."

A K Hafizka College of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies & Research is under the Anjuman-I-Islam Educational Trust.
