Super gas tandoor

Super Carboose Engineers has launched a domestic gas tandoor for industrial as well as home use. Super gas tandoor is a metallic gas tandoor specially designed with advanced technology to make cooking more convenient and hygienic. It is suitable for all tandoori cuisine, aiding in retention of natural taste and clay aroma. A double/triple walled, heavy duty and well-insulated product, the tandoor is coated with high microns and food grade quality aluminium alloy on the inner walls for long lasting hygienic cooking. A gas burner is affixed at the bottom of the oven with vitreous enameled jaali plate, supported by eight-12 mm plate according to model sizes, ensuring corrosion-free tandoori cooking. A gas pipe is provided to attach with any nearby gas bank or gas connection. The tandoor is available in five different models: royal, classic, fiero, kanishka and dolphin.

Vegit Aloo Mash

Vegit Aloo Mash is a cooked, mashed and dried potato flake, which has been through a process to yield a packaged convenience food that can be reconstituted in the home in seconds by adding hot water or milk, producing mashed potatoes with very little expenditure of time and effort. These can be used in all kinds of namkeens, extruded snacks, ready-to-cook food, or any other dish that requires boiled or mashed potato. 120 gms of the Vegit Aloo Mash makes 600 gms of mashed potato on addition of water. The product comes with a shelf life of one year.

Products from Akasa Sandwich griller

Aution Instruments & Controls has introduced AKASA - Sandwich Griller. The griller has been designed to enable preparation of two large, double, crispy sandwiches simultaneously, at moderate temperature. The top and bottom plates are grooved cast iron Teflon-coated to prevent rusting and to ensure longer life of the product.

The griller is equipped with a spring counter-balanced top to avoid crushing. The temperature is thermostatically controlled for all actions for better sensing and accuracy of the cooking process. This is also ideal for cooking meat at the temperature of 300°C.
