Marbonite XL

Marbonite XL, has been launched by H&R Johnson (India) and is part of the Marbonite series. Marbonite XL is available in two sizes: 700 x 700 mm and 600 x 600 mm. Marbonite XL has the advantage of lesser joints, as bigger sized tiles enables to cover more floor space for less. These new XL-sized tiles are available in patterns such as Anatolio, Castel, Ivory, Marquina and Polaris.

Marbonite is a fully vitrified product with water absorption of less than 0.05 per cent. This ensures better stain resistance and easy maintenance which provides for cleanliness and hygiene.

Dynamic Vertical Solutions has launched Cenium, an end-to-end hospitality software solution. It is a solution developed for the hospitality sector and provides a system with a single database and a standardised user interface. It consists of modules, which may be integrated to from information suite suitable for hospitality business The software uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV and provides the industry with a one-stop business solution in terms of a hospitality front office together with an accounting back office. Pizza Express

Aster Technologies has introduced Pizza Express, a fully automatic conveyor oven. The pizza oven provides for completely hands free operation for producing large volumes of pizzas. It has a robust stainless steel construction, sturdy controls and an 18 inches wide reversible conveyor belt with electronic variable speed controller. With a stackable design, the temperature can be controlled with a digital temperature controller with display. The pizza is prepared with hot air jet technology for cooking.

The product also provides easy and quick service backup with cheap spare parts and ready availability of all components. Of the other parts that the Pizza Express can be equipped with include:

• Extended conveyor belt
• Entry and exit extension trays

Reveilo Late Harvest Chenin Blanc

Vintage Wines, makers of Reveilo, have launched their dessert wine - Reveilo Late Harvest Chenin Blanc. A selection of five tonnes of over-ripe grapes were then individually hand-sorted and made into 2500 litres of exclusive Reveilo Late Harvest Chenin Blanc Dessert wine. The LHCB is priced at Rs 845 for a 375 ml bottle.

The wine taste is some where between mid to high quality, and it is drunk after dinner or with dessert, or more appropriately as dessert, since many sweet wines actually don't go well when paired with sweet foods.

Apart from the Late Harvest Chenin Blanc, the regular Reveilo range includes Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Currently Reveilo wines are available in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik and Bangalore, and plan to increase their presence to Delhi, Kolkatta, Chennai, Jaipur, Hyderabad and the other prime metros and mini-metros.
