Unitech plans 28 hotels across India

The Unitech group is planning to invest a sum of US$ 720 million across a period of four years to build 28 hotels across the country, divulged its chairman Ramesh Chandra. While four hotels are under construction, 10 more will also be in construction mode by the year end. Four of these properties will be with Marriott International.

Unitech is constructing an amusement park in Delhi (Rohini Amusement Park), and has hotels under construction in Kolkata and the NCR, and serviced apartments in Gurgaon, apart from other retail projects.
