With a Bachelor's degree in hotel management from La Trobe University Australia, Bulmer has over 10 years of experience gained in Australia, the South Pacific and Southeast Asia
The Goa Marriott
Rajat Chatterjee has been appointed as the general manager of the Goa Marriott. In his position, he will be responsible for the overall operation of the 188-room resort. Prior to this, he was general manager of Courtyard by Marriott in Chennai. He has a long work history with the Marriott group as well as the Oberoi group
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC
Peter Gowers has been appointed as the chief executive, Asia Pacific region for the InterContinental Hotels Group PLC. His new position will come into effect from November 1, 2007. He is currently chief marketing officer (CMO) and will remain on the executive committee of IHG
Tony South will resume his responsibilities as senior vice president, (development and asset management), for the Asia Pacific after October 30, 2007
Kirk Kinsell will join as the president, Europe Middle East and Africa for IHG and will join the executive committee on his appointment due on September 1, 2007. He is currently the senior vice president, (chief development officer) for the Americas region. Kinsell has an extensive experience both inside and outside the hospitality industry, and was the driving force behind IHG's hotel development in Americas

Pariva Rustagi has been appointed as the new director (sales and marketing) for The Grand New Delhi. Previously she has worked with properties like The Imperial Hotel, Shangri La Hotel, InterContinental the Grand and The Oberoi, New Delhi
Saurabh Verma has been appointed as the new associate director (front office) for The Grand New Delhi. Verma has a wide experience gained at such hotels as InterContinental the Grand, Hotel Radisson and Hotel Le Meridien
Satish Mohan has been appointed as the new associate director (training) for The Grand, New Delhi. Mohan has an experience of 13 years in management and academic experience gained at Shangri La Hotel, New Delhi and at the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi
Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai
Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai has promoted Katie Harvey to the role of manager (public relations). Prior to the promotion Harvey held the post of an executive (public relations and marketing). In her new role as public relations manager, she will be responsible for further development in the existing communication strategies to ensure continued success for the hotel
