Group to launch hotel company
Ansal Group is all set to launch a Special Purpose Vehicle
(SPV) as a subsidiary of the group looking after the hotel
and service apartment operations. Taking charge of the yet
to be named SPV will be Vipin Luthra, managing director of
Ansal Colonizers & Developers.

The Rs 2,500 crore Murli Dhar Lakh Ram (MDLR) Group has plans
to construct the biggest hotel project over 11 acres in Gurgaon.

the Rajya Sabha on May 8, 2007, that hotels fix their own
tariff structure. This is due to the shortage of hotel accommodation
