Village, the Soul of India

The rural wave descends upon the confines of Raghuleela Mega Malls in Kandivli West with pan-Indian theme restaurant, Village, The Soul of India. This is the first restaurant project by Kambala Hospitality that launched an entire range of hospitality services including banqueting halls, outdoor catering services, restaurants, clubs, food courts and hospitality solutions.

Village is the brainchild of its CEO Deepak Bassi who has brought alive an entire Indian village in the confines of a 10,000 square feet restaurant. The piece-de-resistance is the concept of a one-ticket restaurant where guests pay a fixed cover charge. Rajasthani maand singers, dance troupes, kutchi ghodis and bhangra performances are also present to keep guests entertained.

Baagabong, Lounge & Bar

Kambala Hospitality recently unveiled Baagabong, Lounge & Bar at the Raghuleela Mega Mall, Kandivali, a Mumbai suburb. The pier deck is divided with shears giving guests a sense of privacy and intimacy for the evening. Its internationally-styled menu has been designed by the master blender Eric Lobo. Baagabong serves starters selection panning the Mediterranean char-grilled varieties, kebabs, some perennial fried sinners and a twist of the Orient. On special request Baaga also provides a separate non vegetarian menu from its Pind Punjab kitchen, all catered by Chef Qureshi.
