Dumbfounded by the above suggestion? Don't be! I had learnt
about this very innovative idea few weeks ago at a travel
event, which turned out to be a lesson on 'how best to stub
out your cigarette'. The demonstrator was a steward at one
of North Mumbai's self-proclaimed leading five-star hotels
known more for its controversy than its business, even though
it has a renowned and 'grand' international hotel branding.
