Hotel Ramada Plaza Palm Grove, Mumbai recently organised a live cookery demonstration presented by chef Kaviraj Khialani, head of department, food production, Kohinoor College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Mumbai at the Infiniti Mall a Ramada Plaza hotel owned property.
