Challenges, Solutions In Hospitality Education
Hospitality education is a relatively new concept. The pioneering effort to impart hotel management education was taken up by the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Government of India, offering three-year diploma course at its Institute of Hotel Management, Catering technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCTANs) being set up in major cities in India.
