MOVEMENTS
	V G Chandrasekar has been appointed general manager of Mangala International (Coimbatore). Prior to this posting, Chandrasekar was general manager at Floral Park for three years. He has 20 years of experience in the industry and has held several key postings with Hotel Aida, The Ambassador and Indraprastha, Kottayam.
	Arif Patel has been appointed area director-sales & marketing, Central India. Prior to this, he had a long tenure with Oberoi Hotels and then moved as head of sales and marketing to Regent Mumbai.
	Sanjoy Pasricha has joined Leela Hotels and Resorts as corporate head-sales and marketing. His last assignment was as general manager, sales (northern region) with Taj Hotels. He was with Taj Hotels for over 20 years.
	Navendu Mathur has been appointed head-sales and marketing of The Leela Mumbai. His last assignment was as director, sales and marketing, Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Kathmandu.
	Mithu Basu has taken over as head-corporate communications of The Leela Hotels and Resorts. Her last appointment was as public relations consultant to RCI India Pvt Ltd (western region), Jane Shilton of UK, and Choksi Technologies.
	Maria Louis is the head-public relations and communications at The Leela Mumbai. She has 17 years experience in journalism.
	KP Vachali is the new corporate head-human resources department, The Leela Group. His previous appointments were with Mahindra Holidays and Resorts (I) Ltd. and with the Goa Marriott Resort.
	Jugvit John Lobo has joined as Sous Chef, The Ambassador. He was working previously in the Middle East and New Zealand.
